We hosted a food drive at LOVEMARIN during the month of November, and also spent a portion of store proceeds on food and Target gift cards for donation to the SF-Marin Food Bank.
We donated a portion of store proceeds to Saint Vincent de Paul.
The South Bay's CZU Lightning Complex fire caused hundreds of livestock animals, ranging from horses and cows to llamas and peacocks, to be evacuated and temporarily housed at the Cow Palace in Daly City. San Mateo Large Animal Group provided food, transportation/trailers, supplies, and trained handlers to ensure safety and quality care for these furry and feathered friends during an unsettling time.
10% of LOVEMARIN store proceeds in September were donated to support SMLAEG's efforts.
10% of LOVEMARIN's store proceeds were donated to One Tam.
With its sweeping views, miles of trails, and ancient forests, Mt. Tam is a beloved local treasure in our Marin County backyard.
One Tam is a collaborative effort that brings together inspired community members and the public land agencies and managers on Mt. Tam to support work that is vital to the health of the mountain, enriches the experience of its visitors, and inspires and educates a new generation of stewards. Their combined efforts include ecological restoration, trail improvements, wayfinding signage, wildlife monitoring, volunteer and youth programs, and more.
